Olivia and James wanted to treat their guests to a culinary delight of seasonal produce.

Zucchini fries

Confit mushroom

Quail eggs and breakfast radishes

Spinach roulade

Sweet cured herring

Carpaccio of beef


Homemade focaccia served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and baked bulbs of garlic.


Main course-

Elderflower lamb on a bed of spring greens with peas and wilted garlic leaves served with a dauphinoise potato topped with English asparagus.


Trio of puddings

Lemon posset

Rhubarb and stem ginger meringue

Chocolate brownie tower


Cheese table

Lincolnshire Poacher, Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, Somerset Brie and 12 types of cheese from Clawsons Farm all displayed with assorted breads, biscuits and accompaniments.
