For 40 years Fiona has been creating exceptional dining experiences tailored for clients who expect the very best. From the first conversation to the final movement of service, every detail is carefully managed to ensure a seamless and memorable occasion.
Combining bespoke menus with attentive service the focus is always on delivering a truly special experience for both hosts and guests. The result is more than catering it is a beautifully curated experience where every detail is considered and every guest is remembered.
"The menu Fiona suggested was beyond anything we could have imagined possible. It was nothing short of sensational, and the compliments from our guests have been overwhelming. From the exquisite canapés and perfectly cooked roast beef to the mouth-watering pudding, every element was executed to perfection. The team's attention to dietary needs and thoughtful adaptations ensured that every guest felt catered to, which made all the difference. And, of course, the evening cheese table and the boned ham – we honestly don’t know where to begin. Guests described the entire gourmet experience as “mind-blowing” and were amazed that such a spectacular meal was prepared and cooked right in the marquee kitchen.
A special mention must go to Scott Day and the front-of-house team, who were simply phenomenal. The service was discreet, seamless, and executed with precision. Every dish was served piping hot on warmed plates, and the synchronisation of the service was impeccable—everything arrived together, perfectly timed. And the cheese banquet—what an incredible display! It appeared as if by magic, and the presentation was beyond impressive. Scott’s professionalism and calm demeanour were evident throughout the day; he was an invaluable presence, working alongside us and ensuring everything moved at the perfect pace.
