Fiona Radley (nee Herbert)

For 40 years Fiona has been creating exceptional dining experiences tailored for clients who expect the very best. From the first conversation to the final movement of service, every detail is carefully managed to ensure a seamless and memorable occasion.

Combining bespoke menus with attentive service the focus is always on delivering a truly special experience for both hosts and guests. The result is more than catering it is a beautifully curated experience where every detail is considered and every guest is remembered.

Front Of House Manager

Scott

Scott has been with Fiona Herbert Catering for over 20 years and as the Front Of House Manager is the driving force behind the exceptional client experience we are known for.

Bringing two decades of hands-on leadership and organisation to every event, he has helped shape a culture where five-star service isn’t just a goal - it’s the standard.

His commitment to outstanding customer service, seamless co-ordination and warm hospitality has earned lasting relationship with clients and colleagues alike. For him, five-star service isn’t about formality – it is about creating memorable moments, anticipating needs before they arise and developing consistency our clients can trust time and again.

Chef

Amy

With over 30 years in the food industry, our Head Chef Amy brings a wealth of experience, passion and refined technique to every dish.

Classically trained in French cuisine she built her culinary foundation in France before moving to England in 2005 where she has continued to evolve and elevate her craft.

Her background in outside catering has shaped a versatile and adaptable approach to cooking- delivering exceptional quality whether serving intimate dinner parties or large-scale events.

Amy comes from a culture of discipline, teamwork and pride ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects the highest standards our clients expect.

Office Manager

Jayne

Jayne has been the Office Manager for the past 25 years and is the steady force behind the scenes and keeps everything running seamlessly. Her long-standing commitment and deep understanding of the business makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Highly organised and exceptionally efficient she manages the day-to-day operations with precision and care. From administration and co-ordination to problem solving and planning she ensures every detail is handled before it ever becomes an issue.

With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach Jayne has built a strong foundation that allows the whole team to thrive.

Assistant Operations Manager

Sharon P

Sharon is responsible for the careful preparation and packing of equipment before it leaves the premises. From co-ordinating logistics to double checking inventory she ensures that everything required arrives on site exactly as planned and in perfect condition.

Her methodical organisation, practical expertise and commitment for getting it right the first time provides peace of mind for both the team and clients.

Sharon is also a valued part of the waiting and drinks service team and is happiest pulling a pint or two!

Accounts Manager

Sharon F

Since joining the company in 2021 Sharon has played a key role in streamlining internal processes and supporting the business' continued growth.

Sharon oversees day to day financial operations, prepares financial reports and ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Sharon also enjoys joining the waiting team on her free weekends which has helped with her understanding of the business.

Event and Office Administrator

Sam

Sam has been part of the team for over 4 years and co-ordinates events from the initial enquiry to execution on the day.

She supports the smooth day to day running of the business, ensures that administrative processes are efficient and ensures that all clients receive a professional and welcoming experience.

Sam will always go the extra mile and is renowned to be able to source anything on the clients wish list. She is often on site for the set up of events and has a keen eye for detail.

From the exquisite canapés and perfectly cooked roast beef to the mouth-watering pudding, every element was executed to perfection. The team's attention to dietary needs and thoughtful adaptations ensured that every guest felt catered to, which made all the difference. And, of course, the evening cheese table and the boned ham – we honestly don’t know where to begin. Guests described the entire gourmet experience as “mind-blowing” and were amazed that such a spectacular meal was prepared and cooked right in the marquee kitchen.

A special mention must go to Scott Day and the front-of-house team, who were simply phenomenal. The service was discreet, seamless, and executed with precision. Every dish was served piping hot on warmed plates, and the synchronisation of the service was impeccable—everything arrived together, perfectly timed. And the cheese banquet—what an incredible display! It appeared as if by magic, and the presentation was beyond impressive. Scott’s professionalism and calm demeanour were evident throughout the day; he was an invaluable presence, working alongside us and ensuring everything moved at the perfect pace. His ability to manage the event meant we were able to relax and truly enjoy ourselves, a gift we will always be grateful for." Verity, Hallam
