Supplied by award winning butcher, Owen Taylor, from local farms in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.

Sourced from Colchester ensuring sustainably sourced fish.

Sourced from local growers Maxey's Farm Shop and Wellocks.
