On the warmest day of the year so far Alexandra and Bill wanted to celebrate their marriage with their closest friends and Family at their home.


Their Wedding Breakfast was elegant and intimate and had everything on their wish list.



Canapés-

Quails eggs and breakfast radishes

Smoked salmon blinis

Ham hock terrine

Bloody Mary’s

Cheese scones with guacamole

Homemade sausages

Arancini

Chicken skewers

English asparagus

Tortellini’s

Pan fried scallops

Brioche beef burgers


Focaccia and accompaniments


Main course-

Seared fillet of beef served pink and sliced on a bed of wilted spinach leaves served with baked cherry vine tomatoes and triple cooked chunky chips.


Pudding-

A warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries in a ginger snap basket.


Evening-

Whole pig garnished with apples, rosemary and thyme.

Floury rolls

Chipolata sausages

Crackling shards

Apple sauce and mustards

Parsley and lemon stuffing

Oven roasted vegetables
