Held at the family home, Emily and Rob chose every element of their Wedding breakfast from the canapés through to the sharing desserts and evening menu.


Canapés-

Pan fried scallops

Yorkshire puddings with beef

Halloumi fries

Chicken satay

Fish & chips

Little sausages

Beef carpaccio

Chicken Caesar salads

Tuna tartare

Smoked salmon blinis


Homemade focaccia with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and baked garlic bulbs.


Mains-

Beef en Croute on a bed of charred greens with spring cabbage, tenderstem and wild garlic leaves. Served with a dauphinoise potato topped with asparagus and heritage rainbow carrots.


Puddings-

Warm rum Bundt cake

Warm treacle tart

Eton mess


Evening burgers-

Beef Burgers

Chicken Burgers
