Sean & Max selected a delicious menu for their guests to enjoy which focused on local British produce.


Canapés-

Cured fillet of beef

Ham hock terrine

Black olive scones

Chicken liver parfait

Quails eggs and breakfast radishes

Smoked salmon blinis

Tuna tartare

Homemade sausages

Arancini

Goats cheese tartlet

Beef fillet skewer

Lincolnshire poacher rarebit


Focaccia served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and baked bulbs of garlic.


Starter

Trio of seafood- King scallops, pan fried fillet of sea trout and oven roasted loin of cod.


Main Course

Marinated Elderflower lamb


Pudding

Strawberry Pavlova


Cheese Table

Featuring Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, Lincolnshire Poacher cheddar, Somerset Brie, and Colston Bassett Stilton.
