A wonderful party, with great food and a fantastic rock and roll band to entertain the guests throughout the afternoon.
Canapés-
Confit mushrooms
Fillet of beef skewers
Pan friend scallops
Mediterranean tarts
Yorkshire puddings
Lobster Thermidor
Quail eggs & breakfast radishes
Smoked salmon blinis
Ham hock terrine
Spinach roulade
Main course-
Pan fried fillet of sea trout drizzled with brown shrimp butter served on spaghetti runner beans with crushed new potatoes, spinach and spring onions. Finished with a tempura courgette flower and an individual jug of watercress veloute.
Pudding-
Lemon posset served with homemade shortcake biscuits.
