Lucy's 21st Birthday - Southwell - April 2019

I have used Fiona Herbert Catering three times now, one for a small party, one for a sit down black tie dinner for over 100 guests and recently for a 21st birthday party for 21 guests. All went seamlessly.  Fiona's attention to detail is incredible.  Her staff are nothing short of brilliant both in the office and at the events.  What's more, people are still talking about the events ages afterwards, such was the impression left.  Fiona will always be my number one choice for any event.  We are still receiving thank you letters.  Someone said 'it's the best party they've been to all year!

Your staff handled the awkward kitchen arrangements brilliantly!  Lots of compliments on the canapes, vegetarians were very happy with such a pretty main course and ox cheek was a winner and good portion size to help with alcohol later!

Amanda was great, couldn't have been more in control and unflappable and a very reassuring presence for me and my husband.  It was a great success.

Everything was perfect, lovely to meet Pearl after having spoken to her so many times. The chef and waitress were fantastic, so friendly and polite.  The service was impeccable and after it was like the fairies had been - all rubbish was taken away, kitchen was cleaned and floor mopped, and the glasses were polished to perfection.  Very many thanks to everyone.

Cannot recommend Fiona Herbert Catering enough.  From start to finish every detail was taken care of - even the guests outdoor clothing!  The food was delicious and very fresh, the service was impeccable, without being imposing.  At the end of the day everything was left spic and span.  It's like having your own team of fairies who do all the hard work and disappear - whilst you get all the credit.  Our party was a small gathering at home for 40 people - so size and location doesn't affect the wonderful job they carry out.

The canapés were absolutely incredible, I kept hearing people complimenting them all night! The vegetable patch tray looked AMAZING, and tasted just as good.
